残業なんてみっともない！ I have no overtime
こんにちは！
今回は、残業なんてみっともない！というテーマで、僕なりの考えを紹介していきたい
と思います。
色々なところで、過労死やうつ病やブラック企業だなどと騒がれている昨今ですが、
そもそも残業しなくちゃ経営をまわせないのか？ってな話なわけ
です。
特に一般企業の会社...
フリーランスや自営業や起業された方々は、多少なりとも最初は無理をしなくちゃ
いけないとは思いますけど...。
一般企業の会社はあんなに従業員を抱えているのにも関わらず、経営の見直しや放
置されている社内での暗黙ルールみたいなものになんで目を背けたままなのか？
やっている会社はやっているが
やっていない会社が多すぎるというのが今の日本の現状なのかなと思います。
ここで僕なりの考えを生意気に５つ紹介していきたいと思います。
- 1 残業手当がしっかり支給されていても自分の時間は搾取されている。
- 2 サービス残業は論外、ボランティアでも何でもない！
- 3 遅くまで残業している姿を周りの人間にさらすな！
- 4 上の人に意見を構わず言ってしまうことが出来る人の存在。
- 5 古臭い価値観を破壊せよ！
1 残業手当がしっかり支給されていても自分の時間は搾取されている。
ある意味では社畜文化によって日本は高度成長されたとは思いますが、いつまで経
っても、仕事！仕事！仕事ばかりじゃ何の為に生きているのか、わかりませんよ
ね？
仕事が大好きで仕方がない方や残業手当がなくちゃ生活できない方も、もちろんい
るとは思いますが、 確実に自分の時間は搾取されていませんか？
本当にやりたい仕事をしている人は極々わずかな人達で、ほとんどの人はやりたく
もない仕事をしている人ばかりだと思います。
その中でも、この仕事をどうしたら有意義に仕事ができるのか？など自分なりに工
夫して仕事をしているはずだと思います。どことなく悲しくありませんか？
自分の時間は自分で確保しなければ、誰からも時間は支給されません。
2 サービス残業は論外、ボランティアでも何でもない！
・上司の仕事が終わらないから自分達が帰れない。
・理不尽な仕事を毎回押し付けられる為帰ることが出来ない。
・無駄な接待が多い。
様々な理由があるとは思いますが、
それらを当たり前かのようにこなしてきた世代からすれば当たり前な話だとは思います
が、新しい世代はそうは簡単にはいかないですよね？
お金にならないのに何で仕事をしている？ほとんどがこれに尽きると思います。
理屈としては、案外理解しているんですよね。
例えば、無駄な仕事をやるからこそ、次の仕事に繋がる可能性があるとか、そういった
仕事をこなす時期が初めにはあるなど、頭では理解している部分ってあると思いま
す。
ただ、根本的に経営のまわし方が下手なだけです。
要するに、上の人間がうまくまわせていないから、そのまた上の人間が古臭い人間
だからです。
3 遅くまで残業している姿を周りの人間にさらすな！
「あの人はこんな遅くまで仕事していて頑張っているよね。」
いいえ！違います！ただの迷惑です！
特に上司や先輩の残業は本当に迷惑なだけです。
時間内に仕事のタイムスケジュールがこなせていないだけです。
そんな姿カッコいいですか？
尊敬できますか？
仕事量をこなす時期はとっくに過ぎているはずなのに、質にこだわっていない証拠
です。
そんな姿を見て育った部下や後輩は、そのまんま次の世代に同じような姿をさらし
てしまう可能性があるわけで、
本当に迷惑なだけです。質にこだわってさっさと帰宅してください。
4 上の人に意見を構わず言ってしまうことが出来る人の存在。
稀にいますよね。仕事もおろそかなくせに生意気な奴。
ただそういう人は、本当に貴重な人材だと思います。
中身が備わっていれば、なんかもしかしたらこの会社を変えてくれるんじゃない
か？みたいな空気感がある人。素敵ですよね。
誰しも言わな過ぎ、無駄に我慢し過ぎ、陰口ばかり、
直接言ってやりゃいいんですよ！
それでそっぽを向くような会社はこっちから辞めてやりゃいい話 。
実は簡単な話ですよ。
ただ言うからには、自分なりの考えがあって初めて意見になるわけで、闇雲にぶ
ちギレてしまえばいいっていうわけではありません。
日頃の勤務態度や成績やら周りの人達とのコミニケーションがあって
初めて言葉に力が宿るからです。
5 古臭い価値観を破壊せよ！
そうです。社会の返還期にいる僕達は、上の世代の良い部分を学び、尊敬しつつ
も、いつまで経っても改善されない事や見直ししなければいけない会社のルールに
目を向ける必要性があると僕は考えています。
失礼な話ではありますが、日本には高齢者たくさんいますよね？
多くの古臭い価値観があちこち社会にこびり付いていますよね？
そのままでいいならそのままでいいとは思いますが、
これからの会社や社会を作っていくのは、僕達や下の世代な訳です。
そろそろ壊しにいってもいいんじゃないかと思います。
残業したくないと騒いでいても何も始まりません。
残業せずにどうしたら、仕事や日々の暮しを有意義にすることが出来るのか？
過労死やうつ病にならないようにするためにはどうしたらいいのか？
新たな価値観をどうしたら上の世代に理解してもらえるのか？
そんな事が求められているのかもしれません。
本当に生意気なことばっか言って申し訳！
ただ常日頃、社会や会社に違和感を感じている方が必ずいると思いまして
